This site

This site uses no cookies and has no forms. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may keep technical records of visits, such as the IP address, date and time, for a short period for security and service continuity; its servers may be outside Türkiye.

Information you send us

The identity and contact details you send us, and the information about your site that you share in our correspondence, are used to prepare a proposal, carry out the work and communicate with you. The legal basis is that the processing is directly related to concluding or performing a contract, and our legitimate interest (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, Article 5(2)(c) and (f); where the GDPR applies, Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). This information is not shared with third parties; it is disclosed to the competent authorities only where the law requires it. Messages you send through LinkedIn or Instagram are also subject to the platform's own privacy terms. The servers of our messaging and email providers may be outside Türkiye.

Visitor statistics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see which pages are visited and how fast they load. According to Cloudflare, this tool uses no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and does not identify individual visitors. We see only aggregate figures: page views, the referring site, country, device type and page load times. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving the site (Law No. 6698, Article 5(2)(f); Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The document verification page is not measured, and the verification codes in our reports are never sent to any analytics tool.

Document verification and digital reports

The QR code on every page of our reports opens the verification page. The document identifier in the code travels in the part of the address that is not sent to the server, and it is processed only in your browser. Verification records are stored on the site in encrypted form; only someone who has seen the document can open its record.

If the employer agrees, a digital version of the report is also stored on our site in encrypted form. Its content cannot be read without both the document identifier and the 12-character access code given to the employer. The access code is also processed only in your browser and is never sent to us. If the employer does not want a digital version, none is published and the verification page says so. A published digital version is removed from the site at the employer's request.

Cookies

This site uses no cookies and stores nothing in your browser, so no cookie consent is requested. If a tool that uses cookies is ever added, this page will be updated first and your consent will be asked.

Retention

Information that does not lead to a contract is deleted within one year at the latest. For work we carry out, documents and correspondence are kept for the retention periods required by law and for as long as needed for possible disputes.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 you may ask whether your personal data are processed, request information about the processing and its purpose, learn to whom the data were disclosed, and ask for incomplete or incorrect data to be corrected or, where the conditions are met, deleted. Where the GDPR or the UK GDPR applies to you, you also have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
