- Every input with its source: safety data sheet, drawing, measurement or assumption.
- Each step with the formula and the numbers substituted.
- The result, and how sensitive it is to the main assumptions.

For simple cases our free tools may already answer the question: the battery room ventilation calculator, the LEL calculator, the dust layer calculator and the explosive limits table.
Scope, fees and timeline
| Item | Typical time |
|---|---|
| Single calculation: one source or one room | 2–3 working days |
| Package of related calculations | 3–5 working days |
| Urgent delivery | Next working day where possible |
Single calculation from EUR 150; packages of related calculations are quoted together.
We quote a fixed price in writing within one working day of seeing your documents. The price depends on the number of sources of release, the documents and drawings available, and the scope you choose; there are no hourly rates. Quotations exclude taxes.

Frequently asked questions
What if some data are missing?
We make a reasonable assumption, mark it clearly and show how the result changes if it is wrong.
Can I use the sheet in my own report?
Yes. The sheet names the preparer and the date. You remain responsible for how the result is applied.
Who checks the calculation?
Every sheet is checked and signed by the responsible engineer at Axosfer before delivery.
